Ano tol mga klaseng outsourcing projects mo? And pano mga yan gnagawa?

Sinu-sino paba magtutulungan.
Uu, I agree.

sorry bro ngayon ko lang nakita tong question. i get projects online and from my sister who is in the States. Then I have people working for me. I should have called it offline consulting then outsource dito sa Pinas paying my guys weekly while I get per project or per hour basis.

Some of my projects:
1. joomla website with virtuemart integration/ecommerce site setup with payment gateways etc.
2. wordpress/blog setup
3. seo/linkbuilding/traffic generation
5. some writing (web copywriting/article marketing) - kung kinakailangan ng client ng kahit anong writing madaling maghanap ng writer dito sa WF or DP, I am currently using a Pinay writer for my requirements
6. social media marketing/optimization - blogging, syndication to other web 2.0 sites
7. kahit anong project na kaya ko and ng staff ko gawin - research, data entry, whatever. meron pa nga akong nagawang business plan project for an american client. i just hired a mba student from UP to do this work for me. as long as pagkakakitaan, and kaya naman, i accept the project.

What I did I started small. I hired 1 relative to do work for me in Kalookan. Ngayon when this guy is unable to handle the workload, I decided to setup an office in Kalookan and hired more staff. Bale yung mga tao (I only have 3 right now, nagdadagdag lang ako kung kailangan), they report dun sa office and I pay them weekly (maliit lang ang bayad ko sa kanila and don't ask me how much, mahirap nang ma labor). Pero I am getting quality work naman kasi mga bata pa yung kinukuha ko, mga college students. And masaya naman sila sa pay dahil allowance nila yun weekly. Ang kagandahan kasi nito the above work can be done by good college students na computer literate at mahusay sa written English.

i also do affiliate marketing and i setup my own sites to test also new techniques in marketing. kung maganda results, i suggest this to my clients.

Thanks for the detailed post bro. Maganda rin talga if meron ka contact locally sa states where they can advertise mga services mo.

Kaya gustong gusto tayo ng mga foreigners kc skilled, masipag and knows how to value work sa labas man ng IM.

Pare, salamat sa pag-share mo ng inputs!

I got a few questions lng ha. Pwede mong sagutin, pwedeng hindi:
  • Have you registered your business with the appropriate licensing authorities? If yes, is it necessary?
  • Do you use a project management software in your business to handle matters like receiving orders, deploying assignments to your staff, making payments, sending out emails, issuing invoices, etc.? If yes, what project management software can you recommend? If no, why?
  • Do you provide staff support on your website (chat, ticketing, phone, etc.)? If yes, what software are you using?
  • You say your workers are young and are still college studes. So anong usual skill sets nila?

puwede ko i skip yung question about the licensing part. delikado mag comment diyan. nakaka pikon lang tong govt natin kasi.

I use taskspro to manage projects, tasks, and people. when i started wala ako system. basta work lang ng work. bandang huli you will be able to develop your own system. and i find taskspro to fit the processes i am using for my projects. medyo may kamahalan lang tong web-based software na to. pero they have subscription based din: usetasks.com.

other admin tasks are done manually.

no i only provide support thru email and everything passes thru me. some of my bigger clients can call me sa cellphone. pero hanggat maaari limited yun kasi ang time zone nila baligtad sa atin at nakakaabala din kapag tumawag sila na tulog ka. others can skype or IM me pero scheduled chat lahat yun.

sa students, comp sci courses or any computer-related courses will do. i do train them naman bago ko sila isalang. saka ang daming videos diyan (WSOs and yung iba pagala-gala online, that you can use to train people) pero depende pa rin sa requirement like dun sa business plan i hired someone na mba student that time.

kagandahan kasi sa services, you are guaranteed to earn kapag may projects ka. unlike yung mga WSOs ditong iba, mag uubos ka ng isang buwan o mahigit pa tapos kikita ka lang ng $20 for one month of work, nakaka demoralize (that happened to me). so why not offer people na lang services to non-technical people and just outsource the bulk of the work so parang autopilot income na rin.

i also get to test the wsos here thru my clients. yung isang ginawa ko last year or early this, arbitrage conspiracy. flop yun. dahil yung info is garbage pero ang risks nasa client wala sa akin kasi whatever happens, dapat bayaran niya ako.

Kaya gustong gusto tayo ng mga foreigners kc skilled, masipag and knows how to value work sa labas man ng IM.

Hello, just drop by because maganda yung thread mo about outsourcing. I'm just curious about how do you compensate your people na nag wowork sayo and pano ba humanap ng client kahit wala kang relatives sa ibang bansa? I really want to do the same as you did but I need more knowledge about it.

sa writer ko i pay thru paypal. dun sa iba they work onsite sa likod ng bahay ng parents ko. so it is easy for me to pay them weekly.

join freelancing sites like guru, odesk, at marami pang iba.

@ manila guys and gals, baka matulungan niyo ako mag launch ng ebook ko dito about affiliate marketing. mag jv na lang tayo. send me your ideas, matatapos ko na ung course bukas, may proof akong I earned $$$ using this guide.

Yeah definitely. Aside from this thread you can also visit the main thread and check out the hottest topics. Usually those threads contain very useful methods you can implement.

Hi Fuzzy, I think you'll be required to post a few helpful tips first before you can post a WSO here..

I'm not sure if you'll also be required to join the War Room (though it will be beneficial for you), I checked out the first page list of WSO's and found most that offers them are war room members too. By the way, here's rule no. 4 for a WSO post.

4. Become a contributing member here before trying to post a WSO. People with zero posts on the main board don't get approved for a WSO.
You already have several post under your belt so I guess you'll be able to post already

As for assistance on your new ebook, you can have it reviewed by some of us here. Good reviews can increase your chances of having a successful WSO.

All the best people!

yes it is difficult at first but once you penetrate the market and you build goodwill and reputation among your clients, yung referrals lang ok na.

basta wag lang mang one-time, yung easy money, tapos disappear na kapag nabayaran because it will hound you (just like some of the warriors here na nag wa one time wsos or services).

meron nga ako before na takbuhan ako ng isang guy from indya (minispell ko para di naman ma offend sila) after giving him a down of $200, nag disappear ang loko. ang ginawa ko i blogged about him all over with spun contents para mabawasan na yung mga niloloko niya. kasi kapag yung mga yan nanloko, karma yan (actually galing yang word na karma sa indya) at nag easy money ka nga pero yung long-term clients wala.

ika nga it is easier and cost effective to retain happy clients than scout and look for new clients.

I totally agree! Filipinos know how to value work kaya gustong gusto tayo ng mga banyaga.

@ lequillo, oo - kumpleto may signed contract.

Thanks!
