I just started so not much to report yet.

Hi, I'm definitely interested in discussing further with Melbourne based marketers.

I am currently looking at starting an outsourced employee onboarding program and have found my biggest problem to date is being held accountable.

I feel a weekly catch-up (either over coffee or on Skype) with a group of like minded people to go through objectives for the coming week and progress on prior weeks aims would be really helpful.

Is anyone interested in joining a mastermind group based around the unbounced guide to online marketing? Their six month program provides a highly practical set of tools and processes covering all aspects on online marketing including ;

* Landing pages,
* Pay-per-click (PPC)
* Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
* Email marketing,
* Analytics,
* Lead generation,
* Content marketing
* Conversion rate optimization.

The group will consist of a maximum of eight members who will challenging each other to create and implement goals, help brainstorm new possibilities, and set up accountability structures that keep you focused and on track.

I would expect the mastermind group to be structured around a weekly teleconference which will give each member the opportunity to discuss their progress over the prior week, share feedback and set priorities for the following week. This will be complemented online with a members only forum and regular email catch-ups where appropriate.

All discussions within the group would of course be entirely confidential and members will be required to complete a non-disclosure agreement prior to starting. There will also be a nominal membership fee of $25/month to cover running costs and more importantly indicate a level of commitment to the group.

Membership will be limited to eight to provide all individuals the opportunity to fully participate. At this stage it is not intended to open new groups once all the slots are filled, however a waiting list will be made available in case any member leaves the group.
