          I just want to say if there's a good chance you are coming but you're still not 100% sure, you may want to go ahead and book your rooms. $69 is great for this hotel--and there are no other hotels right next door to this one. (Nearest ones require crossing a major thoroughfare for Raleigh then going up a steep hill--not exactly fun at the end of a long day and cabs cost a fortune around here).

          Last time I checked, hotels don't charge your card until the date of check in (or no show) anyway. (But if you do find out you can't come, cancel ASAP so other Warriors don't get stuck without a room!)

    Basically bring something to take notes - paper/pen/ipad etc. If you have business cards bring them as well to hand out to folks. The stuff people are handing out at this event puts mine to shame - I just had killer tshirts, but Sam has lined up a lot of killer stuff for us as well.

    Kudos to Sam and Brian for a GREAT gathering! it takes a lot of dedication to put on these events - and yes there were a few gllitches and things we can do better next time - but everyone I talked with enjoyed the event and had a lot of fun networking with each others. I think we'll be seeing the results of this meeting in some kick butt JVs in the very near future. Thanks again Sam and Brian!!!!!
