Room will be setup in classroom style for 30 people. Hotel will provide display table in front for hand-outs, head table with chair for speaker. Hotel will also serve fresh coffee, regular and decaf, hot water for tea and muffins and ice water pitchers.
Anyone can speak at the event. This will be laid back and more of a mastermind/networking event. The hotel has FREE WiFi throughout, so you can bring your laptop.
To make a presentation, a laptop will just hook into the 60 inch flat screen tv in the room...
