LOCAL EVENTS

Hey all. My name is James Williams. I am new to internet marketing but I am hitting the game hard and fast. I am looking to link up with local warriors to have some brain storming sessions and to just be around like minded entrepreneurs.

I too live in Charlotte. I have an office on South Blvd near Woodlawn. It's outfitted with a big lazy boy couch, chairs, extra deskspace. I'd be up to getting 2gether.
I'm working on several things: xsitepro2,reseller hosting,siteflipping and several other things.
It would be cool to discuss what we know doesn't work, huh! I'm sure we've got a little experience in that.
Send me a message guys. Let's get a group going. I have the space. It would be nice to see what a small group of us could come up with.
Let's talk about our experience's, products and methods we may have used, etc...

  I may take the lead and look into scheduling a meeting for the people in Charlotte. We may have start out with 3 or 4 people but we have to start somewhere. I am fulltime into IM after a year and have made some progress, but sure would be good to be involved with people of like mind to share tips and strategies.

  I don't have enough posts for the magic "thank" button yet, brw9532, but unofficially, thank you for considering pulling something together. I'm one of those folks who is stuck in the "information overload, none of this stuff seems to be working" stage, and the chance to share experiences would be extremely valuable. If you set a place and time, I'll do my best to be there. Does anyone know -- for those of us with few posts and therefore no access to PM -- if there are other ways to get in contact with other members?

  2nd week in July would be great. I have a full-time job so evenings or weekends are best for me. Even if there are only a few of us at first, it would still be great to get together with like-minded people and share.

  In Kings Mountain(20 min. south of the Queen city) on I-85. I know a little about a lot of things but also suffering from info overload.
  Day time or Saturdays are great. Maybe do online chat for those unable to attend.

  Ok, we are going to try to get this Charlotte group started. We have a couple of decisions to make that I would like to get feedback on.
  Choices:
  1. On site or by Skype meeting - We have a restaurant that would be glad to let us use their facility (thanks for finding this Steve-WalterBoom). They have a very large meeting room. They don't require us to eat there and use of the meeting room is free. Light Rail Family Restaurant 8045 South Blvd Charlotte, NC Light Rail Restaurant
  2. Day or evening meeting
  3. Dates: Aug 23rd Tuesday, Aug 30th Tuesday or Aug. 20th Saturday
  4. Time?
