I'm launching a Skype mastermind group.

Group size limited to 4-5 people, hopefully we can get at least one 'pro' involved.

The group would have the following structure:

Online meet up every 14 days.

Expertise - Not a pro yet, getting better on wordpress, learning copy, basic SEO, basic Adwords. First two sites didn't take off, but 3rd site getting traction.

Accountability - we each set and share our goals to complete, on a wp blog.

$5 Penalty for not showing up or not implementing agreed plans (paid to Kiva).

Formal but effective, following same structure as shown on Smart Passive Income blog: How to Find a Mastermind Group.

My site is pretty small (around 20 visits a day) thanks to SEO and content. I'm getting some sales but I'd like to increase it (hence starting the group).

    Below is what I have in mind.

    Members of the group share their ideas, questions, triumphs and downfalls. Members with questions get immediate feedback from the others, while everyone learns from everyone else’s experience and wisdom.

    Most mastermind group meetings are held in a very formal matter (as outlined below) probably because it’s the most effective structure for the sharing and learning process:

    Beginning: Each person, one-by-one, talks briefly about their goals from the previous meeting.

    Middle: A predetermined person in the “hot seat” shares, in detail, any number of issues, complications, questions and concerns about his or her own situation. The rest of the members then respond and contribute to the discussion by offering suggestions or comments based on their expert knowledge and/or experience.

    End: Each person, one-by-one, talks briefly about the goals that they want to accomplish by the next meeting. Also, the next “hot seat” person is determined so he or she can be ready with questions for the group.
    Depending on the mastermind group, the structure may be a little different, however the general idea is the same.

    • I would also be interested. If I understand your reason for organizing this group, it is for all of us to learn more and reach stated goals. I like that.

      Let me run this by you and if it is in line w/your thoughts, I'd be interested in receiving a PM on how to join.

      I put up Coupons By The Millions: Coupons By The Millions to give away a free ebook by the same name. I figured it was a huge market. I was right. Obviously I will build a mailing list as one of the end results.

      Anyway, it still has to be promoted and maybe even tweaked somewhat. The group would help me go from a paltry number of subscribers to a large number of subscribers plus reach any other goal(s) I have in mind.

      Likewise for everyone else's project(s) in the group, right? If that is so, we are on the same page.

      Thank you for taking the initiative to start a group.

    That sounds great, it is what I have mind, I've also started with my project and will plan to grow it further also.
    The group is mainly for that, just to share what works for each other, accountability, goals, staying motivated and focussed.

    Hopefully started by mid January.
