Got a big project, with a lot of opportunities. Whos down?

Be able to make a website, Copy the whole website, redo another site the same way with a different look and not attached tot he last. And lets get this niche on lock that I've already locked down.... I know how to expand on it because of this forum and a couple others. I just need someone on board who doesnt mind working in the grey area.... But wants money. "Regular website designer/maintenance pay" from us - But an infinite amount of pay from my ideas to implement, that I know and have seen work... Basically multiple website reseller sites, that dont seem like the same site etc.
