Maybe Allen just doesn't think we'll live very long. So be sure to turn your computer off and exercise once in awhile. And drinking coffee while you check your email doesn't count as a nutritious diet. Try eating at a table with a loved one.

As I understand it - IMers age something like dogs - 1 yr in IM = 7 years in an offline business.
