Are there any software programs or online websites to help design t-shirts
for teespring for a newbie that doesn't know Photoshop.

I'm thinking of buying some software or subscribe to a online website
like Covert T-Shirt Builder or T-shirt Ad Builder.

You can go on with many online design builders, but your design will be limited. or you can try and teach yourself how to use Photoshop for added skills or you can outsource your design.

I highly recommend either learning Illustrator/Photoshop or sketching out each design on paper then hire a designer who can take the sketch and design it.

I agree with CPA cash man. Get a person on FIVERR um to do it for you.

Speaking of computer programs. Photo shop is the one we use. However, you could use gimp.

  even you found the target group , audiences...etc..
  
  a crap design also can get many sales so do nice design...
  
  is not simple as it claim ..from those successful tee spring sellers..
