Amazon Associate application denied -- help me.

Yesterday, I successfully applied for an Amazon Associates account, but received an e-mail today that the account is disabled.

My approach is modeled on this site Best MP3 Players of 2014, every article is a few paragraphs of text + goods list. Do I need to increase the length of the content of the article it?

Hello,

Thank you for applying for the Associate program. Upon review, were unable to accept your application. A part of our criteria is that your site has to be established with enough unique content. We rejected your application due to one or more of the following reasons.

- Lack of content which is original and beneficial to your visitors
- Pages that are mainly empty when advertisement content is removed websites containing mostly images, videos, or Flash animations will not be approved

Unfortunately, we arent able to review an application once its been rejected. If your website has been further developed and now contains appropriate content, youre welcome to submit another application by using the following URL:

Thank you for your interest in Amazon.com Associates.

Your application was rejected on valid grounds. Your website has very low content and high volume of affiliate links. Instead of following reviewgist, follow top affiliate sites, whose content structure is proven and generating massive affiliate commissions. You can easily find them in Google by searching = best "any keyword".

Just for your inspiration, I wrote a 2500 word article on one of my affiliate sites and it generated $2000 commissions in 9 months. Long content is loved by Google. You can even search Google for any keyword and analyze the top 10 results. The average length of the articles will be more than 2000 words. Just take Wikipedia, all their content is long and valuable.

They were pretty clear in their e-mail that they want your site to have more original content. Instead of filling every page with a bunch of affiliate links to different products, build out your sites with longer reviews of individual products.

Besides that, even if your account was approved, your site wouldn't have gotten many sales. You've got to be less in-your-face with the affiliate links. Provide great content with the occasional affiliate link seeded throughout the article or review. You'll get a lot more clicks that way than your site will in it's current format.

Did you even read their reply?

I read their reply you quoted and looked at your website and they are bang on in the letter.

How do you not see that?

We rejected your application due to one or more of the following reasons.

    - Lack of content which is original and beneficial to your visitors

Your website has no content! "Best Round Dining Table" has a small block of text followed by a list of pictures and Titles. But none of the pictures and titles lead to useful information or reviews- they are all affiliate links to Amazon. Exactly what Amazon told you in their email the problem was.

    - Pages that are mainly empty when advertisement content is removed websites containing mostly images, videos, or Flash animations will not be approved

Again, they are correct. If you remove the affiliate links and ads you have zero content.

Amazon clearly explained all this in their email.

Also the content is terrible! It isn't just the amount of content but the quality.Try reading this and see if it makes any sense:

At the first glimpse of this page, you will be deeply attracted by these amazing black and cherry dining tables. To help you get out of this trouble, I’ve demonstrated some products and some advice for your reference. I hope that it will do you some help.

How is that of any value to visitors?

These are the kind of crap sites that provide no value that Amazon is trying to get rid of.

Also, your site is in violation of the Amazon ToS because you do not have the required Amazon Affiliate Disclaimer.

You should really have built the site into a more finished state before applying to Amazon. Right now the site looks terrible and has no content.

It really should be "ready to go" and not "under construction" when you apply to Amazon.
