Does optimizepress 2.0 bug has fixed ?

I want to buy optimizepress plugin but to be honest I am skeptical as many people are complaining about it in different forums.
Anyone using OP plugin ? Suggest me.
When I buy OP plugin, do I get theme too or I have to buy plugin and theme separately ?
Thanks

  • I have it and I'm not a part of their team or getting paid, everything works don't worry you can buy it. Don't listen to complainers most are a bunch of cry baby lairs. I had this software since version 1.0 and never until today got 1 penny payment from Optimize Press. I am an affiliate I say that as disclaimer I only put the affiliate link on my site because I like and use the product but up till today no one has ever bought Optimipe Press 1 or 2 through my Affiliate links. Just get the product and don't listen to the idiots who are bashing it, the product is fantastic!

      Hi Manish,

I have purchased optimizepress2 a couple of days ago . They provide 3 pricing options based on the number of sites licenses. As part of the purchase you get both optimizepress theme and plugins.

My initial feedback based on using the themes.

      1. It is very brittle when used with other vendor plugins. it breaks and seems incompatible to many plugins.
      2. There are bugs in theme css as some of the components do not seem to work in some browser versions of internet explorer.

Have still to check the plugins and other features.

Quite frankly, this is what led me to look at other alternatives. I'm playing with Thrive Content Builder now, but don't have enough experience with it to post a recommendation ...

I don't want a theme... I have a theme... an excellent one... what I want is free and easy control over creating a page.

Agreed. More control of the design itself. I like TCB & Profitbuilder. OP2 is great theme/plugin but too expensive compare TCB & ProfitBuilder

Just an update, I've had more time to play with the Thrive Content Builder - and like all really powerful plugins, there have been problems...

The major problem for me was getting a shortcode to work - but once I understood that it had to be inside of a special Thrive "content area" - it worked just fine.

I'm still not quite as fast as I can be in coding pure HTML - but on the other hand, I can put up a Thrive landing page in a fraction of the time. I can do things with Thrive that would take me much longer to do in pure HMTL - but sometimes moving stuff around is a pain.

All in all, I rather recommend Thrive - so if you're interested in a good 'content page builder' - Thrive is certainly one to take a serious look at!

Or, to put it another way, you can't buy my copy away from me...

Ben! Have you already tested some "Thrive" pages on mobile? How long do they need to load?

I tested some OP2 sales pages and they were very slow in my opinion, 15-25 seconds! Or is this normal? (In html they only need 0-2 seconds to load...)

Hi Manish, if you buy OP2 you get the theme and the plugin. You can freely use either one, or both.

I've been using the theme on many of my sites and client sites for over a year and I think it's absolutely awesome.

I've also used the plugin to a lesser degree and it's basically the same thing as the theme but without the blog capabilities.

Considering what OP2 is capable of, I think it's priced very reasonably.

(I have zero affiliation with OP).
