How do you structure JV's?
Hi!
Just curious -- for those of you who have done JV's (i.e., you have a great product, and someone else promotes it, whether building a site, or just to a list), how did you structure it to split up the payments? (And if they were doing 'promotion' for your product with contacts, etc -- was it clear it was 'your' product, and they just got sales from whatever traffic they could drive to your site?) Plus, did you use any agreements (licenses, etc), or anything else?
