Do I owe Bing? I've got billing statement

INTERNET MARKETING

I use Bing ads coupon and I set my account to Pre-Pay

I create a campaign and let it running a few days. Then I stop it and my balance still not running out, $11 remain in my account (it's from coupon)

I check my account and got recent statements, I open it and see it's content:

So do I owe Bing any money? Do I have to paid? Or it's just what I have been charge and all go with my coupon

Please help me!

Do you go to the Dentist when you have the Flu?
Why don't you contact Bing customer support, it seems they would be best equipped to help you.....

I linked Bing and Facebook to Paypal they just keep taking money from what I have seen I don't think I have ever seen that I owe them money, at least not up till now.
