Should I use PLR Articles for my blog?

Answer is - NO

You can use them if you rewrite them so they are unique. Or you can hire somebody to rewrite them for you as that is cheaper than buying articles.

I would never use PLR articles on your site though, the best thing to use them for is for ideas, otherwise there's little value to them.

Do not rely on others for important content. It's best to take headlines that are popular on authority sites and do them yourself but only better. Look for signs of engagement to determine blog post popularity ie social shares, there are tools that make this easy like opensiteexplorer's top pages report and some social listening tools for seeing what blog posts got the most shares. Do it yourself or direct someone to write it for you but dont start with PLR, start fresh.

One thing you can do is take the about 4 of the plr articles on similar topics and grab one point from each and expand on those points and make them yours. Put your own voice into it. When people come to your site and the love your content then, you know is your voice. PLR articles give you a start.

Maybe. It all depends on the content. You really should have your website established with a lot of unique content and plenty of traffic before you apply to AdSense. Google wants to see a return on investment for the people who purchase Google AdWords ads and place them in the content network. That way, their customers will keep coming back for more. If you have a rubbish site nobody visits, G are going to conclude it's not in their (or their customers') interest to do business with you.
Personally, I don't recommend using PLR articles straight out of the box. Use them as the basis for your own articles - in other words rewrite them and make them unique. Add in other information you've got from other sources to give your visitors a unique experience, and get them coming back to your site for more. Another thing you can do is: Combine several articles together to make a give-away e-book and put it on your squeeze page. Finally, you can convert the articles into videos and place them on YouTube to drive traffic to your site.

Here's my advice, gather quality unique content or rewrite the plr you've got if it's good to make people share it to their twitter or facebook account then go to blogger.com and post the content once or twice a day. Don't add backlinks at this moment. Use only twitter and facebook to make your content viral. After a week, you should have plenty of quality content there and some traffic. This time, you can enroll. The last time I checked is that you can apply directly using your blogger account.

If they accepted you then it's time to promote your blogger site and put some backlinks pointing to your main site.

I use PLR a lot on my sites. I don't use it as-is though. I don't fully rewrite the PLR, but I add in my own voice. I add in some stories or extra notes.

I'll take a 500 word PLR article, add some stuff, remove some stuff, and it'll be a 750 word article. It won't pass copyscape but that doesn't really matter.

I don't recommend ONLY using PLR though. I use 50% PLR and 50% original content. PLR is a great time saver. Just add your own flavor.

2. No- Google will not. You may not be ranked as high as the other Website for the same Content. But that is NOT a penalty ( unlike what some people say). Being 'Sand boxed' , now that is a Penalty. And this will not happen to you for this. Same Content on the same website can get you a Penalty, though.

Depends. IF you're planning on getting visitors to the site the typical way, namely from the search engine traffic, NO, because of the obvious issue that Google does not like duplicated content on your site. IF you're building traffic WITHOUT relying on ranking or SEO, however, then duplicated content is a non-issue.

It may take a bit more to set up (direct links through videos, forums, social signals, comments with link on related sites, or from major sites like Yahoo Answers) but once done, it can get you quality targeted traffic regardless of whether the site content is unique or not.

I would write your own content.either hire someone or just do it yourself . Make sure it something they want to read

You can use the PLR Articles in a different way.

You can use them for knowledge on what to write about. Google is not going to penalize your site because of 'duplicated' content - it will just not give you much authority and not give you any organic traffic.

You can post PLR Articles from time to time but you need to mix it up with quality and unique content. You can also use the PLR Articles to put together a cool eBook you can give away for free to help you build a subscriber's list!

If all you are publishing is PLR Article, duplicated content, on you blog - then you are not going to get anything good out of this and instead it will hurt your site on the long run.

I suggest you to take the time to read, and learn as much internet marketing so you can have no problem coming up with valuable content for your blog!

I've never used PLR content on my personal blog but I have outsourced some of my article writing. I have used PLR for auto-responders and lead magnets but that's about it.

Using PLR is not duplicated content. You won't get penalized for it. Now, if you post a piece of PLR up as-is you won't likely rank well for that page but that doesn't mean your site as a whole won't still rank well. There is a reason syndicated content still works.

If you use PLR you should mix in some unique content too. Think about your readers. With those PLR articles give them information that could help them? Then go for it! I still highly recommend injecting some personality to them.

I make sales all the time from PLR product reviews and articles I made minor edits to. I get traffic from social media (especially Pinterest). I also have people land on my unique content and click over to the PLR. A good number of the articles I have up that were originally PLR rank above other people posting the PLR article because I add story and personality to them.

It's a great time saving tool.

I like writing my own content as it's unique to me and can't be found anywhere else. So I don't really have this issue of using PLR. But, if you can't write or don't know how, then maybe PLR is the option for you. Still, I would pay someone on Fiverr or other site to rewrite the content for you. Not just spin, but actually rewrite.

My advice is to NOT go this route. If you think you're going to cash in on other newbies like yourself by posting generic content, you're going to be greatly disappointed.

I've been studying online marketing, and participating in it for years, and just now feel I have enough knowledge to write about it intelligently. The blog posts you write should have some personality and authenticity. PLR isn't going to give you this, regardless of how your site ranks. Real people are going to read what you post and form an instant opinion about it. That's what determines your success or not.

You could use the PLR to create free reports and start a list. But, I'd stay away from using it for site content. If you need ideas for your blog, do some online research and then write your opinions and thoughts about it. Your blog has to stand out as unique in some way, so it requires uniquely written content.
