Wp plugin that puts subscription form in middle of articles?

I'm looking for a solution that automatically adds a mailchimp subscription form half way down every post I make on my wordpress blog. I also have one at the bottom, but my posts are rather long (+1500 words), so I would like to have one in the middle of the articles as well.

Is there a solution that does this without me having to manually put it in every time?

    Have a look at the Quick Adsense plug-in (https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-adsense/). Should hit the spot for you. Easy to insert stuff, not just Adsense. Very flexible.

    Paste in your MailChimp code and set it to appear in the middle of posts. Done and done.

    I tried Mail Chimp but I couldn't get it to work then started looking for my video gaming niche site to that I'm build right now for CPA offers and found this ActiveCampaign :

    http://www.activecampaign.com

    and it works like a charm with a wordpress plugin you click on the icon and it inserts right into the article.

    I have mail chimp on another site but I'm starting to like this one better. I had aweber also but I'm no longer a fan of them.
