Any experience with religious niche?

I am actually a humanist despite living in a country with 90% Catholics but I think of something that will certainly drive organic traffic. This is all about the bible (not really a religion). I want to expand some verses/texts and to create some humorous but not offensive articles. I found a site that deals with religion and adsense seems doing well.

Anyone promoting religion-related niche kindly share.

Thanks

I write on Christian themes and certain subniches generate quite a bit of orders.

Just check out the competition to see what's already being done. And, then see if you can find a sub niche that not many others are already monopolizing. There is money to be made in almost every niche if you have good content, a creative approach to your site (such as something that not many others are already doing) and good products to monetize the site.

I am in the spiritual/ mind niche for more than 2 years. And I can tell you that you need to understand your targets pretty well.

I grew up in a heavily religious family and I know a lot of things about religion and bible. I have a very high interest in the bible but don't believe on it. I found almost a thousand verses that I can write articles about. I am not doing any paid advertising so target is always organic. Thanks

I used to be a 'functional atheist.' After all, I graduated from one of the most secular universities on the planet. Then I read the Bible and read some commentaries and became a believer after experiencing many of the themes covered by the New Testament. The niche I cover is the power of Grace and how people can't be perfect and that's okay with God. I focus on stories of personal transformation once people stop trying to earn God's love by doing 'good works' or trying to be perfect.

Religiious Niche is good Niche and you can get targeted traffic only by the way of SEO.

      How can you monetize this?

All religions are cults by the way

  • I had a clients in the Christian niche providing SEO Services, Direct Response marketing and other marketing to help Churches. I belong to the Serbian Christian Church and that church takes in way less then other Christian churches but still tons of money on Sunday enough to build purchase pay for the priest etc.. Also I know for a fact most people in my congregation have some money, so you can take that route as well. it's a good niche, the only problem I see is you being someone of the wrong faith that I think is problem my clients was of the right faith and that helps with marketing, I think it's important. Just my 2 cents.

      Adie,

      Religion isn't a niche.

The key to your success will be to consider it as a characteristic or qualifier that defines certain target audiences.

Some people are very religious . . . just like some people are athletic, some people are patriotic, and some people are workaholics.

Since you said: "I have a very high interest in the bible . . ." I would suggest you focus on others that feel the same way. Don't focus on "religion" per se because you won't appeal to most of the world's population who are of many, many different religions or no religion at all.

The audience who will have the most interest in what you have to say will be those people that also have an interest in the Bible and its teachings.

      The best to you,

      Steve

If you have such contempt for those you market to, it will become obvious to them, and they won't want anything to do with you.

Adie, if you believe that what you market is of value to your prospects, there is no need for "doublespeak'.

Religious people have a sense of humor too. Keep it light, humorous, and respectful, and you'll do well.

I know a person from one of my networking events who generated over a million by creating his own religion and making it go viral. As much I didn't agree with the premise because it seemed really shady I hope it answers your question haha

I'll make my pledge that if you try and continue derailing this thread with your nonsense that it will be reported. Trying to insinuate that all religious people or even all those that read the Bible are into all that is no different than claiming all Black people love watermelon.

You mean they don't, just kidding Mike.

This guy is a nasty troll, he has nothing positive to say in any of his posts.

P.S Oh, I forgot to mention that he knew how to upload a wp theme when he was born.

This thread is about marketing and making money out of certain market/topic and not about religious discussion as it is not allowed anywhere in WF. I have no plan deceive people or even ask for donation.

Hi Adie! I'm curious how to check the performance of someone else's AdSense earnings. Is it okay to share with me how to check someone else's AdSense earnings without requesting an access to their AdSense account? I've been waiting to know this. Thanks!

I have no exact data but considering that the site is very old and uses the same theme that I use and the site is very popular, I assume it does well. I have also read somewhere in google forum that religious topics offers decent CPC as long as it does not attract religious debates and religious discrimination.

Of course there is no way to know other people's adsense data. I just assume based on his site popularity and ad placement.
