How to safely pay with PayPal for sth listed in Craigslist

Hello

I found a great product in craigslist, but not in my country.I contacted the seller and he asked me to pay with PayPal and he will ship the item.Is this a safe way, if not how can I safely get the product without getting scamed?

You will always 100% have protection, even if you get the product you can do an unauthorized activity. They will refund you 100% all the time.

But do not confuse unauthorized claim with a dispute, you can lose a dispute it has to be an un unauthorized claim.

Use PayPal and pay through your credit card. If you get scammed, file a chargeback.
