What to do with my lead impact tracking code script?

So im awaiting approval for a campaign on lead impact and im using prosper202 to track my keyword conversions. After creating my campaign i noticed that there is a tracking code script that lead impact tells you to add under the <body/> tag of something. Well my question is what is that something and do i need this to see my keywords? Any help or links i would appreciate greatly. Thanks!
