  But you don't judge the value of a site by the PR or even the traffic, it's strictly on the income. If it has no income at all then you can look at the PR/content quality and other things.

  PR is not a scale to buy a website .It can go to PR1 in single moment if Google wants. You must see the revenue potential,visitors count ,quality of content and some other factors of the site before buying.

Its hard to get PR9 if it real not by spamm, even Explore more. Web pages, photos, and videos | StumbleUpon.com & digg is PR8. Sorry, if you got real PR9, you could sale it to me.. for $200..lols

With all the google animals out and lurking maybe that actually is an honest PR9 site. If so you have a goldmine on your hands. Repurpose, update, and refine what you already have. Thumb your fingers all the way to and from the bank.
