Loss of traffic after switch to https

Hello All,

I switch my website to ssl and changed my server around 22/9 some page went down to actually from almost 400 to less then 100.

May i know what you recommend me to do ?

shall i switch back to http ?

this only seems to be linked with switch to ssl, as i dont see how a server change could influence the serp this way.

the website is in germany and site is hosted on german ip.

    I donot think this is the main reason for that lose of traffic, you need to do a closer in google analysic to see what changes recently, the GG just makes some updates to affect "thin content" website.

      the page who lost traffic on my site has something like 2000 words of content and is a very well written page.

    Why did you change to https/SSL? Was this under a protected folder with sensitive information? If it's just a really good article or piece of content, why can't you switch it back to regular http? If you think an added layer of perceived security was going to boost sales or website traffic... it doesn't usually happen this way. Switch back and see what happens, and analyze why you want to change to https in the first place.
