To which sub-forum do I go to post threads for links swaps, buying links, buy advertising on other sites (banners and links) etc.

I might need an upgrade?

Hello and welcome.

You don't need an upgrade for link swaps.

On the Home Page, scroll down til you find the 'Joint Ventures, Articles, eBooks' section... it has 3 sub-niches, the second one being 'Reciprocal Links' where you'll find the link swap deals.

I would only recommend it for links, and not for traffic though.
