Yes, you can use WordPress to promote Amazon affiliate products.

If you have no coding knowledge, just look for a WordPress theme compatible with WooCommerce (plugin).
WooCommerce has a nice feature that allows you to promote any kind of affiliate links. You just need to copy and paste the Amazon affiliate link for a specific product into a field when creating a new product.

There are Amazon ready wordpress themes to do this easily. Dig some and you will find what you want. You can promote amazon products very easily
