Where would I find someone to do a banner swap with?

Hey Guys,

I currently run a website that teaches people how to build simple WordPress websites and was wondering where would be a good place to find banner ad swaps?
I would like to find someone like a theme or plugin developer that has their own website. At the minute my site is getting around 140 unique visits a day (around 650 page views) so I would be looking for someone with similar kinds of traffic. NO SPAM SITES PLEASE
