If you are with Wordpress you can use plugins like Google Analyticator that exclude your visits when you are logged in.

Also you can setup a filter in GA excluding visits from your IP address, but always this is not so effective, because if you have a dynamic IP you are never sure of the results.

    Then there is this solution:
    https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

That add a script to your browser to exclude your visits, but not sure how effective it is.

The most reliable would be to get a fixed IP address and exclude it by a filter. This would cover all devices and browsers from your internet connection, obviously any mobile data would still cause a hit if the mobile device was not hooked up to your wifi. If you use the browser cookie approach then make sure you apply it to all your browsers.

Go to Google Analytics, Filters, New Filter, select Exclude Traffic from the following addresses and type in your IP Address, the save and all good. For a more detailed step by step explanation click here: How To Stop Google Analytics From Tracking My Visits
