Looking for Feedback on my membership site

I am working on launching an IM discount site where members get rebates on the IM products they buy through us and wanted to get some feedback. Please let me know what you think. It's called Internet Marketing Discount Network (IMDN.co) I've put up a very simple one page explaining the concept.

    Three questions:

    1. What's to stop anyone from being an affiliate for a product and keeping the commission for himself rather than having to wait on getting a refund from you?

    2. How can you stay in business giving away 100% of your commission (as in your highest level)?

    3. What are the product vendors going to say to all their other affiliates when they learn you are undercutting the final cost of their product to the buyer?

    Just curious . . .

Excellent questions. I'm also interested in hearing the answers.

      Great questions!

      1) That is against most product's affiliate terms of service. They will simply not pay you. Additionally in order to prevent this, many products have started requiring that you sell a certain number before you get paid on any of the sales. So it would not work.

      2) The highest level is a $19/mo membership. That's how we would make money. Off of membership fees. Much like Costco.

      3) Nothing. How's that any different then offering affiliate bonuses for buying from a specific affiliate? What does Charmin tell you when you pay more for toilet paper from one store then I pay at Costco?

Hope that answers your questions. Let me know if you have more.

Sounds like a good plan and I've seen people try this before...

The only problem with this model is you won't be getting that many members to begin with.

I don't think anyone will join the gold membership just so they can buy unlimited products.

That being said, we all know the power of shiny objects so I guess it can work.

My only suggestion is you sell the IM products as the CORE and the rebate feature as a massive bonus! Cause from that page, it feels like the IM products are there just so it's there! No real value
