My observation....

I have noticed that there is a sharp rise in the demand for English writers....

You don't even have to be a stellar writer...you just need to know how to write.

All I have to do to get some 'quick cash'.. is put out my portfolio to a variety of craigslist ads....and the invitations to write pour in.

Basically...anyone with the perserverence and craziness to write all day can make a full-time income with little to no formal ability....anywhere....at any time.

And the interesting thing about content writing... is that the demand seems to be growing with no hints or ability to hit a ceiling.. with the amount of people coming online on a daily basis... it seems that the demand may well increasingly outgrow the supply.

    This is good, it means that the online jobs list is increasing for the benefit of all freelancers who can now find much more easier a job. Several years back this market was not so evolved and what you say is happening now and are right about it is a natural growth of the online based businesses.

    Hi,

    As more and more people start building an online business, more and more will start to need a lot of services.

    The main point here is that we will get less and less quality, or maybe it will be very hard to find quality writers for example.

    Some content writers really do make an income by writing articles all day long, but others are really not.
    However, seeing how nothing's impossible, you can start by creating a portfolio for yourself, to have something to show your potential clients.. Maybe open up a blog? So you'll have some sample articles to show?
    And THEN wait for he offers to come to you. It's not that easy, don't get your hopes up too high
