Buy PPC traffic to Monetize Adsense

Hi Warriors

I have a new jobs website/blog which has very little traffic, I can manage to make up to $20 a day promoting it on facebook groups but since its spamming and against Facebook TOS I cannot do it frequently. It doesn't get permanent since on SEO part i have high competition.

Is it possible to that I can buy cheap traffic from small PPC adnetworks and make more revenue on Adsense? Suggest any you know please.

    Google hates arbitrage. I tried it with cheap PPC (BingAds) and some display ads but then I noticed I was getting Adsense clicks and zero revenue. Shortly after my Adsense account was terminated. Risky.
