Translating foreign content and pay x$ amountto author for each post

Ok, duplicated content is bad, but why not translating a successful foreign blog and pay the author 1 $ per post? For example.

I mean, David is from France and he would like to launch a blog about seduction skills. Kevin is from US and runs an english blog about seduction.
David could make a deal with Kevin and translate the content to french on his blog.

How many bloggers (original authors) would allow this?

    Nice concept, but you need to have a David like friend from france with the same mindset to allow you to share his content on other languages. If you can contact them and make a deal, find the right translator, then the idea is worth trying up.
