Countries to target

Hello all,

Just wondering instead of the main tier 1 countries like uk,us,can.aus etc etc.

What other countries convert well into buyers for home biz stuff?

I was looking at wealthy countries list, switzerland, norway, singapore etc and they are cheaper to advertise to?

    depends on your site language and products.

    My advices is: avoid developing country until you have a good reason. Yes their CPC is lower but the conversion is already neglectable.

    I would stay mainly with Tier 1 but it
    doesn't hurt to experiment with other countries.

    Switzerland and Singapore? Lovely places but a tiny internet audience. China would be a good one, developing market with a strong middle class sector that is rapidly rising

      really? I would consider China only when

      1) I am building a Chinese website
      2) I am sure my website is not blocked by Chinese Government.

    There is a reason that the tier 1 countries have been singled out as tier 1 countries! They have a proven track record. Unless you have time and money to risk, then your best bet is to stick with what works!
