charge for using site or just for premium features?

hello guys, i'm currently finishing up on a niche dating site i was making and i'm wondering if i should charge a monthly fee for all members or for just premium features. would i make decent money with a premium plan? Thanks.

    In my opinion, you should offer a free version with individual upgrades available for small fee's, and then promote a paid version which includes all (or most) of those upgrades for a monthly fee.

    This is the model okcupid is following, and seems to be working well for them.

    A free trial or a free package is MUST.

    I'd suggest monthly fee (that's affordable).
