Best Place For Brochure PSD Templates?

Hello,

I'm trying to find the best place online to get some free brochure templates in psd files that are fully editable.

I've downloaded some templates in psd format but the layers have a pencil with an X through them. I'm assuming that this means that they are not editable. Is there any way to take off this restriction?

    Google will pull up all PSD files available with Brochure in title. This is how I would do what you're asking about. Hope this helps!
