Clickbank Affiliate Agreement Questions

Could someone direct me to Clickbank's rules concerning affiliate payments? How often and account minimums and such...

I have to sign up again, having lost my credentials, and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for in the "client contract".

Do they still have that stupid rule where you have to have purchases with 15 different kinds of credit cards and 12 different currencies before you can withdraw earnings?

Thanks,
Steve

Yes! They does have the same requirements for affiliates to get paid out. If you have a positive balance but did not reach the threshold than your account is dormant and they will charge $1 per day until balance goes to ZERO.

When you sign up again, you will be directed to agree to their terms. At that point, read them. And, if you do not agree or like their terms then just leave.

Actually they changed a little: the Customer Distribution Requirement was reworded.

No - this isn't how it works at all.

Your account is "dormant" only if you haven't had a sale processed through it for 90 days.

No - this isn't how it works, either. The Dormant Account Charges start at $1 per pay period (that's 2 weeks), not $1 per day.

They still have the "Customer Distribution Requirement", though its terms have changed.

There's nothing "stupid" about it at all, Steve, to us affiliates: I suspect you may have misunderstood its purpose and function. It protects us and ensures that we don't lose affiliate-commission payments to too many people "just making their own hoplinks" and earning our commissions! Don't criticize it too much: you wouldn't want it to disappear, I'm sure? We'd be in a bit of trouble, if it did!

    Thanks all, especially Alexa

I hope you realize I was being a bit facetious about the multi-payment method...

The threshold has nothing to do with dormancy, and it's not $1 per day.
