    Maybe the statistical average is $7 every 1.5 seconds.

    It could also be that using 7 increments the numbers in such a way that a wider variety of numbers display at the end than if you use any other number.

    For example, if you used an even number, you would only ever see even numbers (unless you start with an odd number, in which case you'll only ever see odds). That leaves us with the odd numbers. If you use 5, you will only see 0's and 5's, unless you use a different starting point, but still you would only have two possible digits coming up each time. 1 & 6, 2 & 7, and so on. So, that leaves 1, 3, 7 and 9.

    With 9, you won't have as much variation in the numbers displaying. You'd see a 5, then a 4, then a 3, and a declining display of numbers, even if at the last digit, may not be an optimal illusion if you want to show things increasing.

    That leaves us with 1, 3 and 7. With 1 & 3, the numbers will not increment as rapidly.

    But, with seven, you get a faster increments of amounts, plus the last digit displayed will have a wide variety. You can go from 7, 4, 1, 8, 5, 2, 9, 6, 3, 0 before the cycle of numbers repeats.

    So, when it comes down to it, 7 is really the best number to use.

    not a live stat probably some mathematical breakdown of sales averages over a set period of time figured down to the second. In short its hype!

      If you time it it looks like $10 every second.

      This ties in with ClickBank's stats

      - The average ClickBank sale is $41. After ClickBank's deduction the payout to clients is about $37.

      - 24,000 sales a day. So one sale every 3.6 seconds

      $37 every 3.6 seconds --> $10 per second
