What WSO Would you recommend?

A friend of mine who wants to start into affiliate marketing asked me recently
about what guides would I recommend for him to buy at the wso.

I haven't been much into internet marketing, I was just busy freelancing in the recent years,
and I'm unable to recommend him what are the best fresh guides out there.

I know there are several guides out there in the WSO section, I'd like to ask what
are the good and useful WSO's you bought recently related to affiliate marketing,
so that I can quickly recommend them to my friend.

This will save me time from weeding out the offers at the WSO forum.

Thanks.

I don't have any recommendations specifically. But the goal should always be "How to get Targetted Traffic." You as a freelancer know that if you don't have anyone looking at your offer, then there is no sales. The tree falls but no one hears it.

So any suggestions here, I'd recommend he goes for those first. I hope this helps you lead him down the right path.

Yes targeted traffic and also list building.

He can check out the latest course from Shane Farrell, that's a really good course regarding list building and building a profitable funnel.

As of right now, i would recommend going for the most common ideas of affiliate marketing to avoid having to spend anything. Setting up a small website, or even a free site, ranking it, and having quality content and also driving good traffic to it with targeted visitors is the way to go for as a newbie.

If you had to buy a product, I would highly recommend getting Forever Affiliate from Andrew Hansen. By far, one of my most favorite products on the market right now. It's not a WSO, but it's a seriously powerful training course.

Most (90-95%) of WSO's are crap.

They will turn your head to the latest shiny thing that worked for the author in their circumstances.

The best bet is youtube to learn how to make websites (domain buying, wordpress set up, theme installation, first posts ect) all of this is FREE.

Next thing is writing some good content that is interesting to your readers. This cannot be learned from a WSO, either you can do it (or learn to do it) or you buy quality content.

Finally SEO / list building and thats back to youtube.

None of this is rocket science. the hardest thing is niche selection. If you have a passion for something see what the competition is doing and do it better.

Im making a few $$$$ a month on amazon, its taken over a year and the only WSO I really valued was erica stones amazon series.

I would recommend product a list building product that shows you how to build a profitable funnel, a product that shows you how to write good emails, and then one that teaches how to get targeted traffic.

My advice is to find top marketers/affiliates. Some suggestions are William Souza, Gauher Chaudhry and Chad Hamzeh. Find out what kind of marketing their doing, get on their list.

I buy new WSO's every now and then to "keep up with the times". Some are great, some are stuff I already knew, but either way I'm a firm believer in that it's a journey; not something that can be learned in one little WSO course.

To get up and running with the basics, there is tons of free stuff out there on how to get started with affiliate marketing.

Affiliate Marketing Training, Software & Support | Affilorama is a good place to start.

Get up to speed with the basics then tweak as you go, if a WSO seems like it can add a new income stream or help you improve on something you're already doing, spend the $4-$7 it may be well worth your investment.

I believe you can learn something new from most of the WSO's like cianci1129 said already. I do believe as well that the Warrior Forum offers some of the best IM products out there. There is hardly another place to find worthwhile stuff (except JvZoo maybe). What I recommend is to go for either Shane Farell's Stealth Funnel Profits as already mentioned or the Rainmaker by Bill Hugall which is not very detailed but will show exactly what you need to succeed online. It will also just help to set your mind right for the whole IM thing.
