Some help with answers on new book.
Hello:
I hope someone can help with answers to two questions;
1. I have just written a book and I want to sell it on own website and eBay. Should I put it on web site and sell URL to it or maybe a page in another web site not accessible from rest of web site? Is this possible?
2. Can someone tell me a site where I can free turn my edited pages into a book format?
