Is Monthly Income Your Only Concern?
STOP! Think about this . . .
How would you like to receive 2 - 3 years of income, all at once, when you decide to retire, start a new and different business, or enter a new career?
You can have this extra income if you plan for it from the beginning. You see, not all online businesses are created equal.
Here's the secret: create a business that will build an asset for you over the years you're in business so you have something to sell when you decide it's time to move on.
Some online business models are built on a simple "trade your time for money strategy." You do the work, sell your work, you get paid for your time doing the work.
Here's an example: you do article copywriting, sell your article, you get paid for the article. Then you take another job and do the same thing again, and again, and again.
Are you building an asset? Not usually. When you stop writing the income disappears!
But what if your business and it's income could continue on after you decided to quit? What if someone else could pick up where you left off? Would that be worth some cash to another business person to have a steady income going into a business?
What if you had an asset to sell that included your list, your past content, your products, domain name, web site, funnel, really everything in your system that would keep the money coming in?
I say, build a business that grows more and more valuable over time. Start with a business model that builds an asset for you. Plan your business from the start with the "take out" in mind.
Some businesses that generate good monthly revenue are worth almost nothing when the owner leaves. Other businesses that are purposefully built and grown as an asset, will give you a very nice pay day when you decide it's time to "cash out."
It really is a no-brainer when you think about it.
The best to all of you.
