Would you ever offer free hosting?

INTERNET MARKETING

With all the problems of link builders and spammers building free pages on sites just for a backlink, is it really a good idea to offer a free hosting option? This is a question for anyone that is earning money now in internet marketing by reselling or hosting online. Is there still a viable option for the free hosting to earn or as a way to attract customers to your business?

Sounds to me like the same question as "Would you giveaway a freebie to get a new list subscriber?"

Of course I would.

A free hosting account is an ADVERTISING platform to convert someone to a paid hosting plan.

Just as a freebie subscriber list is an advertising platform to convert someone into a buyer.
