Cash back website
I'm interested in starting a website that will have a cash back feature. Similar to FatWallet. I'm a bit confused about how exactly it works though. Does anyone know how these sites operate? As far as knowing how to credit an account once a purchase is made and all that jive.
Would it be easy for a programmer to set something like this up?
