What support desk software/script etc would you recommend?

We're looking to switch our support desk from Kayako to something else.

Any suggestions on a support desk that's good that we can customize the look of the support desk "home page" to match our website's design?

    Hesk.com is good and free. You can remove the "powered by" if you buy a license.

      Or you can hack the php code and remove it.

      OS Ticket is another good, free help desk program.

    I haven't used it, but I've heard a lot of good things about http://www.HelpScout.net.

    Marie Forleo is a fan and she described why she likes it in her video "Branding: 5 Steal-Worthy Strategies":

    I've been using Freshdesk as well and like the functionality and ease. You can make some modifications with the free version and can really ramp that up with the paid versions.
