Seeking advice for weight loss niche offers

Question for the Veterans that are successful in the weight loss/fat loss niche

I have been building my list around the weight loss/fat loss niche and have been promoting a few relevant offers to my list from Clickbank such as Venus Factor with decent success.

I have been getting serious about this niche and want to promote a total solution to truly help my list achieve their weight loss/health goals. It is my desire to promote 3-4 great products/services that will compliment each other and address every roadblock that would keep someone from achieving their weight loss goals. So I am not looking to just blast offers left and right at my list hoping to make a quick buck.

With that being said...Does anyone have a core few items in this niche that they promote to compliment each other well? My head is spinning with potential ideas from info products, pills, coaching, membership sites, etc...

I appreciate any specific info you can provide to help guide me here...
