Need help: Avoid fake Paypal refunds + Some other question..

Hello,

My friend has started selling a new PHP script using Western Union as primary payment method and this method of payment is very slow (Need manual money transfer check) and make him losing new customers.

He need to make Paypal as the main payment method to sell his script but he is very confused about fake refunds, he told me that some unscrupulous people will buy my script then they will open a case to Paypal and tell them that there's something wrong in the product or anything else make customer money back.
What's your suggestions for my friend about that?

Also, he want to make a professional email and name for Paypal account, he has a personal Paypal account related with his Bank Account Visa Card but he want to make another one with his company name and related with his Payoneer MasterCard to be professional.
Is that possible?

    Well you can't have your cake and eat it too! If you want faster transactions, there are some risks involved but they are very minimal.

    There will always be those who are crooks, but it shouldn't stop him from doing business.

    I don't care what service you friend will use in the future. There will always be people who have intentions to get a refund and use the software at the same time.

    He has to accept this and not fret about it too much.

    No pain, no gain. PayPal will bring him more business than any other payment processor.

    I've been marketing and selling my products and services online for over 6 years now. Overall refund rate has been less than 1%.

    I wonder what else you want the "experts" to tell you.

    The first guys who commented have said it all.
