It looks absolutely correct because when customers are happy, they will give testimonials and they will buy again in the future. When employees are happy, they will get their job done fast and possibly with high quality.
When we are giving bonuses to our products some customers are happy and some even send a thank you message.
When we over-deliver, they are happy with their purchase.
If we didn't met what they need, they are not happy and soon will ask for a refund.
I know many of us here are in a buyers circle where we buy and sell similar products.
We sell make money online products to people who are selling make money online products and those who buy from them are also selling similar products.
