Is there any software/service to track website changes, visually? Like a marketing timeline?

I am trying to find a service/software that will let me note my website/marketing changes on a timeline, so I can review the progress visually. Sort of like a timeline of changes done.
I know I can just use a "calender app" for this, but the real need is to hook it up with say google analytics for a much better progress tracking.
Real life example 1: I upgrade a landing page (not a split test), and need to track traffic/conversion changes. But I WANT TO WRITE the changes down and not want to remember them... so classic "conversion tracking" wont help here.
Real life example 2: I make changes to my follow up sequence or funnel, and want to track their results with regards to conversion, so I can know what changes led to what...
In short, need a marketing timeline.
Anything already out there to do this? Couldn't find much googling...
