Is Facebook's Privacy Jeopardizing Marketing?

We know recuiting JVers on FB Groups is becoming by far one of the best systems to get people abord to your product; however, if I use my account to post announcements throughout the various groups, my friends will see my posts as SPAM.

What's the best way to prevent them from viewing my posts?

Do you advice me to make another facebook account only for business purpose or whatelse?

Thank you warriors.

Create a facebook page then post "as your page". The posts will come from your page and the profile link will go to your page.

So create Guiseppe F Marketing or something and use that as your professional profile.

You can use it for traffic, opt-ins and your blog if your business expands that way.

      Thank you.

As you are saying, if posting via such page doesnt show to my real profile's friends what I am posting, I guess that as long as it works like that, it's the way to go

If you go to the very top right of your facebook profile when you are logged in, there is a drop down menu. It gives options like "Settings" and "Logout".

There will be a list of the pages you own and there is an option to "Use Facebook as:" a page. So you would select the page you want to appear as and then your posts etc will be by that page and not your profile.

Yep - I'm going to make this as something to come back too. Thanks for the concrete examples.

I would agree that doing a fan page is the way to go. Whenever I post an ad on facebook I do one post to every group im in. Im in about 200 groups so the likelihood of my messages been seen are high. How often do you post an ad?
