1. im just wondering if the keyword is the make or break in IM

let us say that i am planning to make authority site without with good and beneficial content without targeting any keyword. can that site/blog still get traffic? can that site/blog still rank? can it still make money?

2. content is very important, true!

if so, how often should i post new content? are there ready made articles that i can buy as content? if i go for article writers, should i go for the same writer everytime?

can i copy and paste news from other sites that is related to my site/blog? or is there plugins that i can use to make the task easier?

3. can adsense, CPA products and list building be on the same website?

Before we can even offer suggestions, we'd need to know if this was a blog, if so the niche. What is your intent with this site. There are contents which a person can copy and paste, BUT you should treat these as outlines to guide you. Original content is very much alive, and respected.

this is a family related niche.

what do you mean if it is a blog? what is the difference between a blog and a website in terms of content? sorry still confuse

my intent is just to give information. information that some would probably know (or maybe not) but is still interested in reading and coming back to read more.

i just thought that textbooks are really good source of info which can be rewritten therefore making the articles original in a way. correct me if i am wrong

        None at all.

        It's a completely meaningless distinction.

You can make "blogs" and "regularly updated sites" out of HTML and various kinds of software that aren't "blogging software". You can make static sites of dozens of different kinds out of things like WordPress that are "blogging software". Different people mean different things by "blog". It's not even worth trying to define.

If you looked at my main niche websites I have no idea whether or not you'd think they were "blogs". I don't even know, myself. It's of no relevance at all. To anything.

        Forget about it.

    1. You can get some success but you find that you have better results from doing some research into your chosen market. If you are to be an authority then you need to be offering advice on the trending topics within your market. Basically it in your own internet to do include some keywords evem if you dont depend on it.

2 content is vital to any website. It has to original and well researched. It also has to be engaging and captivating to your audience. Without great content your just another website that will struggle to get visitors. Now you can look at paid traffic but some of the best traffic is done by free methods. Now depending on if choose to include blog or not I would recommend to update website every day with something new. When I was doing a website I had my weekly content written in advance, usually a week in advance. I would definitely look to update it with major articles twice a week. Spread it out so it takes the pressure off yourself. The key is to keep being consistent and giving value.

    3. Yes but you dont want to plaster your website full of offers. Thats a turn off. Remember your trying to promote yourself as an authority so try to keep the website clean and looking professional. Careful placement of your key offers works better and if you want rotated it on weeklu basis.

4.never done before but I dont see why you couldnt as long as you make it completely different to the book. Research 3 different sources and reword as your own.

sorry of im a bit sketchy on stuff. Hope this help a bit though.

    Good luck

    1. There is a lot more to marketing a site and getting traffic than just SEO. Keywords aren't even part of the META data used by search algorithms anymore anyway. You need to have a clear marketing strategy before you get started...and it sounds like you aren't quite sure what you're going to do.

    2. According to Hubspot, but this is open to debate, the best frequency for posting is a minimum of 3 times per week with the best being every day. Most marketers do 2 times a week and others do once per week. Some even post once per month...it depends heavily on what you're trying to do and it also depends on how you're marketing your site to begin with.

    3. Yes, they can, but I don't recommend it. Adsense isn't a good form of monetization unless you're a YouTube sensation. Building your list and offering affiliate promos through there is tried and true, but even that has its complications like all things.

    4. Yes, you can rewrite textbook content in your own words if it satisfys "fair use" copyright laws. This includes authentic forms of expression, critiques, demystification, analysis, etc. It can't hurt to cite the source either.

      1. i thought so. can you tell me your marketing strategies. or at least advice me on how to market my site/blog aside from SEO

      3. so if i cross out adsense, affiliate and list building, how can i make my site/blog make money?

The easiest and most effective FREE way to grow your Internet marketing business is to post new content to your site regularly as well as sharing your content on social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, Google plus and LinkedIn

I used a plug-in called Jetpack ( search for it through the plug-in page on your wordpress dashboard) This plug-in will automatically take the published content from your website and share it instantly with third party services like search engines which increases your traffic and reach.

My strong advice is Make your site setting up to talk to search engines and social media.

Great content is a combination of having fresh content thats relevant but its also means thatyour content has to be well researched and well written.

Whenever I wrote blogs or articles I would always try to produce content that was thought provoking and try to engage the followers. This was done when I would also end my blogs or articles with a question or poll.

Its a great skill to learn but when you begin to build a reputation as a fantastic write, things become easier but more importantly you will see results.

Please feel free to ask any questions or pm me. I will always try to help.

problem is, English is not my first language so i think hiring a writer is the best option for me. i dont mind paying people if in return i can make money from their service. correct?

how long should an article be? how many words at least? it is not important to target keywords right? just great content, correct?

thanks for that offer. appreciate it

yes, you can make a site with good content alone BUT it will take a lot of time and therefore you'd need to post in best case several times per day to see "quick" results. and quick here still means that it will take you weeks before you see reasonable traffic coming in.
and yes, sure you can additionally add paid advertising. but it needs to be highly targeted to really help you for growth. always ask yourself: what should the traffic do for me? e.g. capturing leads, selling my book, course, etc?

Ans1: Yes. A good keyword can help you bring profit easily, where as a wrong keyword can crush your project on the first place. Trust me, i am a content writer. I know
Ans2: As often as possible. google loves fresh new quality contents. But Do remember to post only quality content. There was a time when people used to post spammy, keyword stuffed spun contents just to satisfy search engine. Unfortunately, this practice only brings terrible outcome. You should hire a good writer if you are not into writing articles.
Ans: Yes you can. If you have problem with getting approved by google adscene, then there are whole lot more CPV network to go to.
    Hope it helps.

Keywords are important if you are using search engine marketing. There are other ways to market your business, though ... so no ... they are not required in order to own a business.

You can use anything as a source of research, but copying it word-for-word or near to it would be plagiarism which is illegal in many sovereign states.

I do not say this to discourage you from using other sources as a source of research, however.

Interesting to say when you attach the "in IM" at the end of it.

Because, at the end of the day, you have much more important 'fish to fry'
