I read something cool today about how IM'ing can be seen like dieting, especially for beginners.
When you "decide" to diet, don't be that guy that spends 2 months or more figuring out which diet to go on, which gym to join, what shoes to wear, what outfit, or what style of weightlifting. Just do it! Just get going and do something.
