Hey all,

I thought someone here could maybe help me out or point me in the right direction.

I need leads of people who are within 6 months of their lease ending on their Cadillac Escalade within a couple hundred miles of Houston, TX.

I will need their name, phone number, address and the number of payments remaining on lease.

Can anybody help, or is this something that will be really hard to acquire?

Thanks

There are some pretty resourceful folks on this forum. therefore the answer may be yes. Be prepared to pay a good price. What is your expectation as pay per lead?

Check out leadbuyernetwork.com or post your request there. Although I've never purchased leads (my marketing system is quite the opposite - often generating more leads than I could process in a timely manner), this lead network has an active membership base for buyers and sellers.

You may also want to post this in the offline section of this forum.
There are some people that may lead you into the right direction as well.

I would honestly contact infoUSA and ask them about getting these style leads?

I know they have literal BOATLOADS of data, but acquiring data for people with a lease about to expire might be a tad tricky.

I'll tell you this; the InfoUSA folks will have a better idea than most warriors. (Not dissing, just saying InfoUSA does leads for a living, and they have a database of around 100,000,000 or even more Americans).

Hope this helps in some way, and I wish you the best

You may want to start posting in some of the Cadillac forums or car forums and asking around there.
You can also purchase some paid traffic. With many of the paid traffic providers, you would be able to target the areas that you need leads in, and you'll be able to create your own advertisements and banners.
There are many places you can get paid ads from. Many people pay Facebooks to post ads on there and direct leads to their sites. You can do a google search and ask around though so you can find the best one for you. Don't just go with the first thing you see because it looks good

Good luck with that... and be very wary of anyone who says
they can deliver that level of detail for leased vehicles.

The vehicles are titled in the name of the leasing company
so unless you have some inside connections with GMAC,
FMCC, Toyota Finance, Chrysler Credit, PH&H or one of
the other large independent leasing companies it's going to
be difficult to obtain the lessee's personal info.

Advertise for them. A surprising number of people still read local "shopper" type papers.

Why not try classifieds in Automobiles and Wanted section. Put a nice ad with the specific leads you want to attract.

Cadillac are more high end but everything sells on classifieds. People driving them may not be all on classifieds websites, but some will I guess.

Your leads will be super expensive/many will not want to provide them. Here is why:

    1. Location based is tricky. If you were entire US there would be tons of traffic. From someone who runs leads, I may have a site that generates 100,000 lease expiring vehicles per month leads BUT from Houston it may only be like 100.

    2. Specific vehicle. Out of my 100 leads per month in your area, maybe only 4 are for the right vehicle.

So I would really try to think long and hard if you are able to take leads from all Texas, that would help. Or if you are able to take more models, maybe all GM models. They may not be the ideal lead for you but your price per lead will come WAY down.

Of course if you find someone who caters to leased Cadillac customers located in Houston, maybe for maintenance or something, they would be your best bet to actually get what you are looking for.

I thought this would be easier. Sounds like I need to advertise in some forums or something like that

Check out local radio ads. Almost everyone I know listens to local radio in their cars.
