    If you consider adwords as paid traffic then the targeting is pretty good if you pay attention to weeding out the negative.

    Launched several online and offline businesses with adwords and I continue to pay for the winners because the ROI is good.

    Usually the best options available are AdWords and Facebook but it depends a lot on what your business is, to find the right channels.

    For some, SEO is also a great investment but you have to do it right otherwise it will do more harm than good to your website.

    IMHO, SEO is the way to go for generating traffic. .

    Social media is also a great way for generating traffic, I personally am a big fan of youtube for generating traffic as you can use your videos to generate a very specific audience, resulting in a highly focused traffic stream.

    I don't think paid web traffic is gonna help you and your site as there is a chance to get bad backlinks to your site, and my suggestion is to go with the normal procedure i mean building the traffic with SEO.

    Listen up guys... If you want TARGETED TRAFFIC -- I strongly recommend that you invest you're money into hiring a sound SEO Company. Don't believe that people will just send traffic to your site. Chances are, it's 110% FAKE website hits, that looks like web traffic. If it is real traffic, they are NOT interested in your site, it is a strategy that people use (to long a story to explain)... Seriously though.

    If you own a business, you have no business making poor investments like what you're seeking here. This is just silly.

    Dont buy traffic to your website. Start creating high quality relevant content and repurpose that content into articles, videos, documents, social media pages, etc. all with links back to your website.

    Depends on what is your niche, but buy a banner in warrior forum can be an option. Also youtube traffic work really well and facebook adv.

    Ad words if you don't have a well setup campaign with a working funnel it is expensive and don't drive great results in my experience.

    Most of the query people do in AdWords they are navigational query means that they are searching,

    If you invest in a remarketing campaign with a good funnel maybe make sense, if not it still be only expensive.

    CPA Network PPV Network? Mayb test some option.

    I think the best way to start is traffic from social media!! If you want to spend money on paid traffic.. Go with trafficVance or lead impact Their are the best in the industry!!

    in SEO you will spend more money to find someone to create a good SEO and at the end you will lose money !!

    I agree with most replies here ... I dont think buying targeted traffic for a regular website is such a smart idea ... unless you are talking about a Capture Page.

    There are many places to buy targeted traffic from. I highly recommend you to try PPC Traffic. You can get VERY Targeted with PPC Traffic. You can start with Facebook Ads.

    I really think Par Per Click traffic can be one of the most targeted traffic methods to use.

    I highly recommend Facebook PPC Traffic because you can get very very specific with the audience you want to reach out to.
