Resource Compilation Site?

Does anyone know of a website that has a compilation of resources?

For example, is there a site that has good content in the form of text, video, links to other resources, etc...

I'm thinking along the lines of creating another site that has video, text,
and a plethora of other resources (and obviously I'll slip in some affiliate sites).

I just want to see what's out there ( I haven't found any yet).

    I was referring to a niche site. For example, let's say you were interested in gardening. Is there a site where you can watch videos on gardening, read informative content, and get really good links? Almost as if someone
    combines the ideas of ezine with allexperts.
