    Bing Ada and Adwords can help you do this via their content network. Just don't bet the farm it all at once. If your niche is internet marketing, you could buy banner slots here on Warriorforum. Or you can search out high traffic sites and blogs in your niche, and buy a banner slot from those sites. Or you can do a JV with someone.

      Check out Fiverr.com! They have tons of websites offering they're ad space for just $5.

      Being a Fiverr seller myself, I know there is a ton of potential there.

    Just high traffic sites or high "targeted" traffic sites? Buysellsads can give you a few options based on your budget.

    In my opinion Sitescout is not a good place for newbies to start. It requires a lot of learning curve to make your ads pay. If you are not careful, you could wipe out your budget in a few minutes (personal experience).

    https://buysellads.com/ is a good place to start. You can also consider Blogads. You may want to also consider approaching sites in your niche and negotiate banner ads spot with it. Make sure you have a clause to stop the ads at anytime, if it's not working for you.

    I think they also require a minimum $500 non-refundable deposit.
